 To: All Employees From: Robin Yturiaga / Human Resources Subject: 2015 Holiday Schedule Ahern Rentals will observe the following Holiday in 2015. All Rental locations will be closed on these days unless otherwise instructed. Please check with your manager to verify that your location will be closed on these days. New Year’s Day Thursday – January 1, 2015 Memorial Day Monday – May 25, 2015 Independence Day Friday – July 3, 2015 Labor Day Monday -­‐ September 7, 2015 Thanksgiving Day Thursday – November 26, 2015 Christmas Day Friday – December 25, 2015 Paid holiday benefits apply to fulltime employees who have passed their probationary period of 90 days prior to the date of the holiday. Employees must work their scheduled shift before and after the holiday to be eligible to receive holiday pay. If the employee is on approved leave of absence or a holiday falls on a day the employee is not regularly scheduled to work, holiday pay will not be given.
