Roommates:
Looking for Roommate.
Female looking for 2 clean & tidy female roommates who enjoy studying together and
preferably don't come with a boyfriend 7 nights a week. Anyone who is also interested
in Fellowship of Christian Optometrists would be great!
Abby Everett everetta@purdue.edu
Looking for Two Male Roommates.
Hey everyone I am looking for 2 guys to live with this coming fall. The address is 508
N Indiana Suite E. It is a block west of campus, about 10 minute walk through
campus to the optometry school. The football and basketball stadiums are 10 minutes
in the other direction, and we live even closer to the bars. haha The house it pretty
much in the center of everything. We have an open yard that we can use to tailgate
and grill out and do whatever. There are four rooms and I have one roommate who is
a graduate student getting his MBA from the kelly school. We both study a lot and
when we have free time we like to workout, play tennis and of course go to the bar.
The rent is 575 a month plus utilities. We have all the normal amenities like a
dishwasher, washer and drier, and we have most of the apartment furnished. (you
will have to bring your own furniture for your room) Feel free to message me on
facebook, or text me at 2178218362 if you have any questions. And I know most
people dont want to commit to living with someone for a year without meeting them
so if you guys are ever in btown let me know and we can meet up and go out for a
drink or something. Thanks guys! Connor Kabbes
Looking for a Roommate:
My name is Jenny Sitko and I will be a first year in the fall! I am looking for a
potential female roommate. Currently I live about a 20 min walk from the
Optometry School at 426 E. 15th St. I have a 900 sq. ft. double, but the other room
will be open next year. The apartment is really nice and well kept. Carpets, windows,
balcony, sliding door, cabinets were all new when I moved in 2 years ago. Rent,
including the grad discount, would be $402/ person. All utilities (water, cable,
internet, sewage, parking, trash, etc) except gas/electric are included. On average,
my part of that is around $25/month. I have a beautiful fireplace with mantle that
really makes the space cozy! I know it is further away, but the price is fantastic,
especially if you are budget watching like myself. I am also willing to move closer the
school and have looked up some potential places. I have found rent runs around
$450-$500/person on that side of town with various utilities included.
About myself... I am a very organized and clean person who is also very studious. I
would love to live with someone who is going through the same classes as I am and
who understands the dedication and hard work required. I love to meet new people
and consider myself easy to get along with. I love dogs, my favorite color is purple,
and I love to cook! I have also been in Bloomington for 4 years and know the city
pretty well! Perks of living with me is that everything in my current apartment is
mine except the couch so if you are coming from far away or do not currently have a
lot of furniture, I have you covered!
If you would be intersted in moving in with me at my current space or closer to the
school, please let me know! I can also provide pictures of what I have now! You can
contact me at jsitko@indiana.edu. I look forward to meeting everyone in the fall!
Looking for Roommates:
Hi, my name is Jackie Taylor and I am currently a second year looking for two
roommates for next fall. I have a three story condo with 3 bedrooms and 2.5
bathrooms. The place is about 2 miles south of the optometry school and around a 5
five minute drive from Brian Park. The condo has a washer & dryer, dishwasher,
furnished living room, and a study area.
If interested and would like more details/ pictures, please contact me at
taylojae@indiana.edu or feel free to call or text me at 618-334-4566.
LOOKING FOR FEMALE ROOMMATE TO SHARE HOUSE
$450/ Summit Ridge near RCA Community Park
1350 ft², 3 bdr/2.5 ba
The house:
The 12 x 10 bedroom available is completely
furnished with new queen sized bed and large
closet with organizer with an adjacent private
bathroom. This is in a large, 1350 sq. ft. 5 year old
2-story duplex in a quiet residential
neighborhood which my parents purchased as
both my brother and I were attending IU. My
brother is currently a third year at IUSO and is
leaving in the fall to go on rotations, so that
leaves me with an empty room! It has a large
living room and kitchen, laundry and bathroom
on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms upstairs. The 3rd bedroom we have
fixed as an extra place to study, watch TV and has
a futon in case of guests. There is in-unit laundry,
central AC, dishwasher, ADT security,
cable/Internet, etc. Utilities (water, electricity,
security, cable/Internet) are approximately
$200-300 per month, which we will split.
The location:
3 miles (a 10 minute drive) southwest of the Optometry school. It is close to Twin
Lakes Sports Park, walking trails, TJ Maxx, Kohl’s, Wal-Mart, Kroger, and lots of
shopping. Bryan Park is 7 minutes from our house and convenient free location to
park your car (no permit needed) and walk to classes at Optometry school.
When:
Room will be available in early August once my brother leaves on rotations.
Arrangements could be made to store things if needed earlier.
If interested: Contact Alexandra Kossis @ 812 345-0602 / akossis@indiana.edu or
on Facebook.
Looking for Roommates:
My name is Jackey Branham, and I will be a third year next fall. I currently live in a
2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and I’m looking for a roommate. I live at
Steeplechase which is about 5 miles from the school but it’s very close to the mall
and Kroger!
Rent is $481 per person and internet, cable and power is not included in that. The
apartment complex is very family oriented, it's in a safe area and it's very clean. I
need to find a roommate by May but the lease wouldn’t start until August. If
interested, my number is 636-485-7788.
The complex website is http://liveatsteeplechaseapartments.com/ if you want to

Looking to be a Roommate:
Hi, my name is Mackenzie Rice and I will be a first year student this fall. I am from
Connersville, IN but have been living in Indianapolis the last four years while
attending the University of Indianapolis.
I'm not that familiar with the Bloomington area so I don't really have a preference
on where to live next year. I would like to live as close as possible to IUSO, but
without breaking my bank. I would also love to find a place that allows pets, so I
could adapt a dog next fall. I am very down to earth and pretty much get along with
everyone. I take my school work very seriously, but also like to have fun. I consider
myself to be very clean and neat, so you won't have to worry about me cleaning up
after myself. I am also a movie junkie and love to watch TV series such as, Scandal
and How to Get Away with Murder.
If you have any more questions feel free to contact me on my cell, 765-338-8984,
email, ricemm@uindy.edu, or Facebook-Kenzie Rice.
Looking to be a Roommate:
Hi, I’m Isabel Wilson and I’ll be a first year. I’m looking to be a roommate. I’m laidback and I like to keep things clean, so I think I’m pretty easy to live with. I would
prefer to live within a reasonable walking distance from the school.
If you need to fill a room/want to find an apartment with someone and you want to
contact me, text me at 260-609-4681 or message me on facebook.
Looking to be a Roommate:
Hello! My name is Kristen Hatton and I am going to be a first year next year. I am
looking for a roommate or roommates for the school year! I prefer to be in walking
or biking distance of the school but also want to keep cost in mind! I am originally
from Dayton, Ohio so will be new to the Bloomington area.
I am laid back as a roommate and am always ok just hanging out and watching
netflix. I am really into fitness/health and also love to cook.
Let me know if you are interested. My e-mail is krenee242@gmail.com or you can
