Female looking for 2 clean & tidy female roommates who enjoy studying together and preferably don't come with a boyfriend 7 nights a week. Anyone who is also interested in Fellowship of Christian Optometrists would be great! Abby Everett everetta@purdue.edu Looking for Two Male Roommates. Hey everyone I am looking for 2 guys to live with this coming fall. The address is 508 N Indiana Suite E. It is a block west of campus, about 10 minute walk through campus to the optometry school. The football and basketball stadiums are 10 minutes in the other direction, and we live even closer to the bars. haha The house it pretty much in the center of everything. We have an open yard that we can use to tailgate and grill out and do whatever. There are four rooms and I have one roommate who is a graduate student getting his MBA from the kelly school. We both study a lot and when we have free time we like to workout, play tennis and of course go to the bar. The rent is 575 a month plus utilities. We have all the normal amenities like a dishwasher, washer and drier, and we have most of the apartment furnished. (you will have to bring your own furniture for your room) Feel free to message me on facebook, or text me at 2178218362 if you have any questions. And I know most people dont want to commit to living with someone for a year without meeting them so if you guys are ever in btown let me know and we can meet up and go out for a drink or something. Thanks guys! Connor Kabbes Looking for a Roommate: My name is Jenny Sitko and I will be a first year in the fall! I am looking for a potential female roommate. Currently I live about a 20 min walk from the Optometry School at 426 E. 15th St. I have a 900 sq. ft. double, but the other room will be open next year. The apartment is really nice and well kept. Carpets, windows, balcony, sliding door, cabinets were all new when I moved in 2 years ago. Rent, including the grad discount, would be $402/ person. All utilities (water, cable, internet, sewage, parking, trash, etc) except gas/electric are included. On average, my part of that is around $25/month. I have a beautiful fireplace with mantle that really makes the space cozy! I know it is further away, but the price is fantastic, especially if you are budget watching like myself. I am also willing to move closer the school and have looked up some potential places. I have found rent runs around $450-$500/person on that side of town with various utilities included. About myself... I am a very organized and clean person who is also very studious. I would love to live with someone who is going through the same classes as I am and who understands the dedication and hard work required. I love to meet new people and consider myself easy to get along with. I love dogs, my favorite color is purple, and I love to cook! I have also been in Bloomington for 4 years and know the city pretty well! Perks of living with me is that everything in my current apartment is mine except the couch so if you are coming from far away or do not currently have a lot of furniture, I have you covered! If you would be intersted in moving in with me at my current space or closer to the school, please let me know! I can also provide pictures of what I have now! You can contact me at jsitko@indiana.edu. I look forward to meeting everyone in the fall!
