Ring 1 (Show classes) $35 pre-entry all eligible Ring 1 classes. or $50 on the day (includes grounds fee)
Ring 2 (Hunter classes) $25 pre-entry all eligible Ring 2 classes. or $40 on the day (includes grounds fee)

LED HUNTER
1 Led Hunter 15hh and under
2 Led Hunter over 15 hh
RIDDEN HUNTER (on the flat)
3 Ridden Hunter 15hh and under
4 Ridden Hunter over 15hh
WORKING HUNTER (over obstacles#)
This class is judged on three components :
1) jumping style & ability, 2) flat workout 3) conformation and type
5 WORKING HUNTER - Levels 1 & 2
- max height of fences will not exceed 75 cm
6 WORKING HUNTER - Level 3
- max height of fences will not exceed 60 cm
Classes 5 & 6 may be combined if insufficient entries
7 WORKING HUNTER - Levels 4 & 5
- max height of fences will not exceed 45 cm

RESERVE
* Note: Classes 15-18 may be required to jump.
*Denotes classes eligible for points on cards & High Point Award
HIGHPOINT CHAMPION HUNTER & RESERVE
*To be eligible for the High Point Champion Hunter awards horses must
compete in one class from each of the Led, Ridden and Working
sections. The winner will be decided on points accrued over those
classes.
#Minimum of four fences – riders must compete at their assessed HRCAV
jumping level and must present a valid HRCAV SJ, CT or HT performance
card prior to competing in class 5, 6 or7
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY







Valid membership card, appropriate performance card/s and completed entry form to be presented to the card secretary ½ hr
before classes commence
Registered HRCAV club colours, approved helmet and riding boots must be worn.
Riders to provide own numbers – either 1 chest number or 2 bridle/saddle cloth numbers
Medical armbands must be worn in classes requiring jumping
No refunds after closing date unless a veterinary or doctor certificate is provided within 7 days of event. $5 admin fee applies.
Neither Bairnsdale Racecourse COM, Bairnsdale Show Society nor BAEC are liable for any damage, loss or injury to any rider or
spectator arising from attendance at this event. BAEC also reserves the right to refuse entry with or without stating a reason.
No dogs allowed
Full catering will be available on the day!
