In the workshop we will:
• Explore the principles and functions of integrating safeguarding and
domestic abuse in the One Front Door model
• Hear from an area who are working towards implementation of the
One Front Door model
• Run a real case study through the One Front Door model
• Discuss and compare to the current way of working in your area
• Share SafeLives’ next steps to piloting the model

Reflections
1) How does this compare to what is currently happening in your area?
2) What are the strengths of this model?
3) What are the challenges of the model?
Any Questions?

Next Steps for SafeLives…..
• Pilot implementing the model in 3-4 areas
• Developing an implementation guide for strategic leads and
commissioners as well as one for practitioners working in the
One Front Door
• We will monitor and evaluate the impact of the model on all
safeguarding and the lives of those referred through the process
Thank you
