Broward County Airboat, Halftrack, and Conservation Club, Inc. “Dedicated to the Preservation of the Everglades” December 22, 2014 Dear Vendor, The 26th Annual Broward County Airboat Show and Festival will be held on March 21st and 22nd, 2015 at the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds, 4271 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33314. This show has become a tradition for outdoor enthusiasts of South Florida and beyond. This family event is supported not only by the community, but also by local businesses large and small. This amazing event will include Airboat, Buggy and Mud Truck competitions. This year we will be having an amazing live band from Nashville. There will be entertainment, wildlife conservation displays, raffles, great food and fun events for all. As done in previous years, advertising will be broadcasted over a local radio station in support of this extraordinary event. We have also made efforts to increase participation from other airboat and conservation clubs with the similar objectives of protecting our recreational rights and Florida’s natural resources. This year check out the Glademans Corner, with old photos and artifacts. To make this event the success it has been in the past, we need your participation! Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis with no exceptions. You don’t want to miss out on this event. Due to the high volume of vendors, we recommend making your space reservations now. As always, vendors are responsible for their own Florida sales tax. Proceeds from this event go toward projects that promote wise recreational use of public land, supporting the right of sportsmen and protecting Florida’s natural resources. We are a non-profit organization and need your participation to make this event a success as it has been in the past. Thank you. Completion of the Exhibitor/Vendor Application and acceptance on behalf of the show committee serves as commitment to the show. Refunds will not be issued. 2. The fee includes booth space and comp entrance bands (the number dependents on size of booth). 3. All exhibitors/vendors must have their booth completely setup prior to 10:00 am on Saturday, March 21st. 4. Exhibitors/vendors will be responsible for providing a tent, table, chair(s), lights, extension cords, generators and any other miscellaneous equipment that may be needed in their booth. Electricity will be available upon request. 5. Exhibitors/vendors are responsible for collecting 6% Florida sales tax. 6. Exhibitors/vendors booths must be open during show hours. 7. Vehicles are not permitted on show grounds during show hours. 8. Alcoholic beverages, coolers and pets are prohibited on show grounds. (unless purchased by beer vendor or part of a show) 9. The Broward County Airboat, Halftrack and Conservation Club reserves the right to remove any exhibitor/vendor's display/booth from the show if it is deemed to be in poor taste. Refunds will not be issued. 10. Complete applications must be received by February 27th, 2015 and accompanied by a check or money order made payable to the Broward County Airboat, Halftrack and Conservation Club (BCAHCC).
