While Rick has turned over a lot of the power to Mr. Mackey, he has requested to be informed on a day-to-day process on status reports and updates. Mike Mackey, CEO; American Airlines o Our goal is to keep Mr. Jefferson satisfied. He has turned the reign over to Mr. Jones on the project and is more concerned with the final result. Mike has put forward a ton of trust in our company to complete this process. He is the one that will make final calls on satisfaction at the conclusion of the project. We have decided to make his satisfaction number one priority. It will be essential to communicate with him throughout the process. Alex Smith, Project Manager, QuickCheck Air o Mr. Jones has put Alex as the leader of the project. Alex will be in charge of leading the steering committee and managing day to day operations. He is to be reported to every day by the team. He will not need authorization from Mr. Jones or Mr. Jefferson to make day to day decisions.
