LICENSING ACT 2003 New, variation and review premises licence applications currently open to representation as at 5 March 2015 The table below shows all the applications received by the Licensing Authority, currently being processed, for new premises licences, variations of existing licences, club premises certificate applications and applications for review. For variation applications, only licensable activities being varied are shown. Interested parties (such as residents) and responsible authorities (such as the police) can object to these applications. The detail shown in the following table is limited to the opening hours applied for and the licensable activities. The hours for each licensable activity will be equal to or shorter than the opening hours. The full applications can be inspected at Civic Centre, 44 York St, Twickenham TW1 3BZ (Ground Floor reception) during office hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm. To make representations (objections) against any of the applications, parties should email to licensing@richmond.gov.uk or write to the Head of Consumer Protection, 2nd Floor, Civic centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ by the last date for representations as specified on the notice. Representations must be relevant to at least one of the four licensing objectives which are:1) Prevention of crime and disorder 2) Public safety 3) Prevention of public nuisance 4) Protection of children from harm Any personal data contained in a letter of representation will be disclosed to the applicant & any interested parties and responsible authorities, and may be published in the minutes which are distributed to all parties to the proceedings and available on the Council’s website.
