Clients live in the private residence of the care provider who is responsible for room/board, meals, transportation, and supervision of medication administration. To provide information services for seniors and to promote the programs of the Baltimore County Department of Aging that aid and enhance this mission. Inclement Weather Policy It is the policy of the Baltimore County Department of Aging to open and fully operate its programs as scheduled. The effects of severe weather and concern for the safety of our constituents may, however, lead us to close centers, CountyRide, and other services/programs. When this or closing for any other reason occurs, media announcements regarding closures or late openings will ONLY be made on WBAL Radio, 1090 AM; WBAL-TV 11; WJZ-TV 13 and WMAR-TV 2.
