UDLA Spanish Language Program is open for students from
all over the world, so they can to improve their spanish skills.
This program combines regular classes with cultural workshops,
academic field trips and tourist activities.

he University of the Americas, located in
the center-north of Quito, offers degrees
in over 40 majors. Our educational model is
based on rigor, innovation and applied learning.
At UDLA, Ecuador´s largest private university,
you will have the chance to take classes in a
wide variety of fields and put your knowledge
to practice. Additionally, you can perfect your
Spanish language skills as you share time with
your classmates, new friends or through our
UDLAmigos buddy program.
The program lasts one month, and students will receive a
certificate for completing the 80-hour Spanish course. On Fridays,
we schedule educational outings to various parts of Quito, so
students can practice Spanish in the field at the most attractive
and traditional places.
Dates:
Session A: May 25-June 19
Session B: July 6-July 31
Tuition: 2,000 USD (*Subject to change. Includes: class, breakfast
and dinner, housing and tourist visits).

Andes Mountains at 9,350 feet
above sea level, just north of the
equator and has been nicknamed
the city of eternal spring. Quito is
a bustling modern city with the
best preserved historic center in
Latin America, which was also
the first site ever to be designated
a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Ecuador is a nation rich in
cultural,
geographical
and
biological diversity. In Ecuador
you can explore the grasslands
and snow-capped volcanoes of
the highlands; the dry tropical
forests and mangroves of the
coast; the rich diversity of the
Amazon Region and of course,
the famous Galapagos Islands.
In Ecuador it is easy to move
around the country using
affordable public transportation,
making traveling and exploring
perfect for a student’s budget.
UDLAmigos
UDLAmigos are students from the university that organize activities for incoming exchange students, such as outings to night clubs, restaurants, trips
outiside the city, or simply help you with
your daily activities.
