The SONIC range of modular suppressors
have been developed using the latest in
precision engineering techniques, combining lightweight
materials with a unique design. All SONIC suppressors feature a
modular system with steel reinforcement for maximum flexibility
and durability in the most extreme conditions. It provides
marketleading noise suppression with possibly the lightest
weight in its class. Finished with a sealed “over-barrel”
self-tightening telescopic rear chamber, ounce for ounce the
SONIC will beat any competitor when comparing
weight vs. noise vs. price.

USER ADJUSTABLE MUZZLE BRAKE.
The SONIC Trimbrake is the first and only muzzle brake which lets
everyone mount and trim the brake themselves. Simply tread it on and
trim the brake by plugging the gas vents with the supplied screws.
The Sonic trimbrakes self-tightening design makes sure it stays
securely in place. Available in the following calibers: Max 6mm / 7mm /
8mm / 9,5mm

Allround-model
The built in self-tightening flash hider is designed
to direct the propellant gases in such a way that
the suppressor will self-tighten.
The baffles have a steel center
lining which is our unique
designed to prevent erosion.

SONIC has a telescopic rear chamber that captures propellant gas, and
provides a significantly better suppressing effect.

Accessories
Specially made customized tool for easy assembly and
disassembly of the SONIC suppressors. Heat resistant grease

Before threading
d2 dia. = The bottom diameter thread is from +0-0.02 to
1,5mm length, 60 degree cone up to d1.
d1 dia. = Thread nominal diameter is from +0-0.02, ends with r0.4 and plan rotation of parapet plat to outer
diameter. (It is not advisable to make track as
this will reduce the strength and stiffness. This is
a prerequisite to avoid damage to the barrel with
limited wall thickness).
d3 =
Minimum recommended barrel diameter. Thread
will have a finished bottom diameter up to 0,5-1,5
mm from the parapet plat.
d4 = Max recommended caliber.
The POM-ring has to be extended to the actual barrel diameter
on the support point from +0,1 to 0 in diameter.
Before mounting
The thread is made with a cylindrical piece in both front
and rear end for maximum stiffness. This combined with
the accompanying POM-ring to the rear end of the telescopic
piece provides superior stability and toughness of the
damper and mounting. Combined with the short build
length of the build and the symmetrical baffle design,
it becomes an unprecedented precision suppressor with
minimal changes in point of impact before and after
assembly or removal.
