Dear Pittcon Exhibitor:
I invite you to participate in the Pittcon 2016 Spring Exhibitor Meeting on Thursday, May 7,
2015, in Atlanta, Georgia. There will be a “Dine-Around” on Wednesday evening, May 6.
This meeting will provide a wealth of information to help you prepare for a successful Pittcon
2016 exhibition. The meeting will take place in the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC).
Participating in the Spring Exhibitor Meeting is your best opportunity to:
•
View the 2016 Exposition floor plan and tour the convention center.
•
Receive information on exhibiting procedures and labor rules.
•
Meet with key personnel from the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau (ACVB) to
learn about offsite venues and restaurants for private events during the conference.
•
Join in a Wednesday evening “Dine-Around” where you will get to experience what
options some of the restaurants have to offer for entertaining customers.
•
Review Pittcon 2015 attendance statistics and hear about Pittcon’s ongoing marketing
efforts to attract attendees.
•
Meet and converse with members of the Pittcon 2016 organizing committee and network
with your colleagues.
We have secured a rate of $149 for the night of May 6 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. If you
plan to stay the night of May 7, your rate might increase. The deadline to RSVP for the
meeting is Monday, April 20, 2015.
A dedicated booking website has been created for our event so you will be able to make, modify and
cancel your hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or
other services offered by the hotel.
