Total number of doors and windows in each floor should be in even number, but should not end in zero like 10, 20 etc. The width of the door should be half of its height therefore doors should be rectangular and not square. Doors should not be too high or low, too wide or too narrow. Windows should be constructed in such a manner that there is scope for cross ventilation. In a recent high-price transaction, the actor has booked a luxury apartment in an upcoming Worli project in Mumbai. According to media reports, Abhishek has spent Rs. 41.14 crore to buy a 3875 sq ft flat in the Annie Besant area of Worli. What he will get in return is a five-bedroom house including a family room, dining and living rooms, wet and dry kitchens and 20 feet terraces on all sides on the 37th floor of Skylark Towers. This is said to be one of the few projects in Mumbai where such unusually large terraces have been sanctioned by the authorities. Reportedly the stamp duty alone amounts to Rs 2.05 crore apart from which he has also paid a separate club house membership of Rs 25 lakh Vol-1, Issue 001, May 2015 and development charges of Rs 35 lakh. As is preferred by stars, the amount has been paid entirely by cheque. With this he has also joined the bandwagon of stars rushing to spend for prime real estates. Many of s may be aware of the fact that in early medieval era of Indian history, and particularly during the reign of Emperor Ashoka the Great, Buddhism spread in a number of Asian countries including Tibet, China and Bhutan. Due to Sikkim's environs with all these countries, it gradually became a home-centre of Buddhism. Afterwards, when numerous sects of BRICKS MANTRA Buddhism such as "Heenyan", "Mahayaan", "Vajrayaan", etc. came into existence, they all grew harmoniously and expanded in Sikkim. Pemayangtse Monastery is the oldest monasteries of Sikkim and one of the most important monasteries build by Nyingmpa Buddhists in the 17th century. Phentsang Monastery was built in 1721 and rebuilt in 1948 is quite a large and gorgeous monastery of Sikkim. Phodang Monastery belonging to the Karma Kagyu sect, is another important monastery rebuilt for a second time which is alluring in its shape and form. Ralong Monastery located in South Sikkim and is absolutely a magnificent structure from all viewpoints.
