Introduction
Kid's Creation Station is a new way to engage children with 3D printing technology. We turn the
wildly imaginative drawings children create, and turn them into full 3-dimensional sculptures
through 3D Printing. This transforms the drawing from something that could previously only go
as far as the refrigerator door into something parents and children alike can admire on a desk or
mantlepiece and cherish forever. We inspire kids to explore their imaginations in a new
dimension by making the products of their creativity real and tangible; and hopefully keep them
drawing well past the point when most of us lose that creative spark.
Bringing children's art to life
through 3D Printing Technology.
Our Process
Your child’s 2D drawing is scanned, and the picture is sent to one of our professional 3D
modelers. The modeler uses 3D modeling software to create an interpretation how the
drawing should look like in 3 dimensions. After the 3D model is created, it is sent to a 3D
printer, where the model is printed in full color, in 3DP, or layers of powder held together with
epoxy. The completed print is then put into a diorama of your choice and shipped to you!

About Us
3D Printing for Everyone’s (3DP4E) empowers through
design, technology and entrepreneurism, and strives to bring
3D printing to schools, libraries and museums. The
company’s website, 3DP4E.com, acts as a hub for data and
tools that
people can use in the discovery, learning, and
exploration of the Digital Fabrication and 3D Printing
landscape. 3DP4E partnered with the Children’s Museum of
the Arts in Manhattan to create a 3D printing exhibit based on
CMA’s permanent collection. This idea became the basis for
Kid’s Creation Station.
