DOWNTOWN | SMALL GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Anything Goes with Joe H Boxing for Beginners with Charlotte B A fun, varied intensity workout using any piece of equipment or toy we can get our hands on! This group is for exercisers of all levels. Learn the basics of boxing in this effective, well rounded workout! This workout includes high intensity interval boxing with a well-rounded Boxing for Fitness and Stress workout. First time boxing? Email ahead to schedule a pre-workout Relief with Charlotte B 15-minute introduction to handwraps and techniques! Burn and Tone with Joe H Joe will guide you through the day’s workout, which is designed to burn calories and tone muscles. Workout will vary week to week to keep it fun and interesting. This group is for exercisers of all levels. Drop-In with Adam G This hour-long group provides creative strength challenges to take your workouts to the next level. Drop-Ins with Cecil H and Gwen G Fast-paced, ever-changing workouts combining core strength, stability, muscle endurance, cardio and strength exercises to challenge you to exceed your goals. H.I.T. Russian Kettlebells with Peter P Tabata intervals using kettlebells for a workout to help build strength and endurance. Pilates Sculpt with LeeAnn S Intermediate to advanced pilates strength training to tone and sculpt your entire physique. Reformer PIlates with Erin C Beginner to Intermediate Reformer class to lengthen and strengthen your muscles and advance your individual Pilates practice. Participants must have previous experience with the reformer to attend. SlimFit with Joe H, Lori P, and Shannon W This small group is for Slimdown members only to provide them a supportive training experience without the intimidation. Lose the treadmill and maximize your calorie burn in a 30-minute fat burning workout! This group provides a mix of upper and lower body resistance training, Strength, Cardio and Balance balance work, core work, and cardio. Participants can expect a full body, with Erin C well-rounded workout in 30 minutes. Suitable for all fitness levels. TRX with Janine K Variable Conditioning with Joe H You Pick ‘Em with Joe H These groups provide a mix of TRX, Rip Trainer, body weight and kettlebell exercises to work the whole body and transform your shape! This group provides a high intensity workout to help with weight loss and athletic fitness via an intense mix of cardio and strength exercises to guarantee results! Joe will allow his participants to pick the muscles they want to work on in this interactive, muscle sculpting session. There are plenty of different ways to work our muscles, so it will never be boring. This group is for exercisers of all levels.
