DUTIES: ● Add orders to our order management system and help Style Reps with special cases ● Work with vendors to order blanks, reorder damages/missing pieces, and ensure we are properly credited or billed ● Answer phones and questions on live chat ● Assist in tracking packages and resolving issues with our distribution team ● Field questions about BlockBuy and invalid shipping addresses ● Manage payments for our campus rep program ● Report web issues and making some corrections to our website ● Order sample sizes for clients REQUIREMENTS: ● Home office: Laptop computer; access to reliable, fast internet connection for 40+ hours per week. ● Residence in or near Los Angeles (must physically attend interview, training sessions, and company meetings) ● Skills: typing speed of ~60wpm or higher. Ability to work quickly and efficiently alone. Excellent time management skills, excellent organization skills, good general computer skills, self­starter attitude, gumption, and unfailingly friendly disposition necessary. ● Experience: Previous experience in customer service required. 4 year college degree preferred. Previous experience in copywriting, editing, website production, online sales, marketing, SEO, social media, fashion, sororities or fraternities, and/or graphic design preferred, but not required.
