Who is eligible?
First year, full-time SGH students of Master’s Programme, who:
Study at SGH within the following majors:
majors International Economics
Relations, International Relations,, International Business (in English),
Management, E-Business,
Business, Finance and Accounting, Global Business,
Finance and Governance, Int’l Tourism,
Tourism Hotel industry and Leisure Services
(first or second major), or
Graduates of SGH Bachelor’s studies (any major), or
Graduates of other schools in economics or management, or
Students who completed at least 60 ECTS of courses in management,
WHO..
will have still 2 semesters of studies at the beginning of 2016/2017
academic year (important for those who are admitted to SGH during
winter selection)

Entry requirements
CEMS Approved, selected commercial test in English
SGH approved commercial tests or CNJO Language Competence tests, SGH
tutorials final exam, secondary/higher
higher education in other foreign language
of CEMS.
Duly completed on-line applications (DPM and CEMS)
Submission of required documents to DPM within deadline.
Important:
Possibility to declare more than one mothertongue and to convert one of
these as second language (unless it is English) if a student has a proof of
fluency in the declared language.

Student performance
Points will be granted credits based on their entry test result.
Graduates of SGH BA studies admitted based on high GPA, will
get their points based on the GPA at BA Studies after 5th semester.
Students of 2nd semester of SGH MA studies will get their
points based on GPA for 1st semester of studies.
Students of MA programmes in English will get the average
number of points for that criterion awarded to other candidates,
who fulfilled entry requirements, unless they passed SGH entry
exam.

Languages
TOEFL (600/250/100) /IELTS (7.0) /CAE (B)/ BEC Higher (A) in English
CNJO Language Competence Tests,
Tests or approved certificates in other
languages (passed in 2012 or later).

Exemptions:
English: University degree from CEMS or EQUIS/AACSB Int’l
accredited school or issued in English-speaking country.
2nd language: University degree , Secondary education in the
given language, or Secondary degree of bilingual school (if there
is an official document issued by the Embassy of the given
country stating that a candidate may apply to universities in
that country without any further proof of proficiency), SGH
tutorials’ final exam (CNJO Certificate required as a proof).

Languages – Calculation formula
No points for FL1 (English or other CEMS language if English is your
mothertongue; the other language must be at B2 level – 76 points)
FL 2 (points are assigned for proficiency at CEF level B1 or higher)
The formula:
(SGH Competence Test or equivalent points - 60) x 0.5

Non-SGH graduates of Bachelor’s studies must present proofs of their

Assignment
Ranking according to achieved selection points, university preferences and
language restriction.. Minimum to be accepted for CEMS MIM is 65 points,
provided there is sufficient number of slot available to all such
candidates. Academic Director may change the minimum.
It is possible to swap slots between those students with assignment.
Unused or released slots will be offered first to those on waiting list, then
to those who wish to replace assigned slot for other preference and finally
- may be offered for those who wish to study within multi-country track.
Due to assessment limits, we may set a limit to admit for second stage
(80-100 students maxmimum)!

Multi-country track
It is possible to study CEMS MIM within MCT (of TNT)
The number of slots for such option is set each year by the Academic
Director
Slots are assigned according to the following tentative criteria:
Selection overall ranking (and school preference)
Motivation letter with the proposed study plan that ensures
candidate’s ability to complete both SGH and CEMS MIM on
time.
Those who complete MCT/TNT are released from the second
language test and may take internship at home country in
international company.
