YOUR UW STUDENT NUMBER Go to admit.uw.edu/Welcome/International/Connecting for information about your UW Student Number. 2. Make checks payable in $US to the University of Washington or review other payment options at admit.uw.edu/Welcome/ International/Confirm. Do not send cash. On the form below, indicate the payment option you chose. 3. Return this form by the date specified. QUARTER Return this form by: postmark deadline International Freshman May 1, 2015 4. If your confirmation is postmarked after the specified date, the UW will be able to accept you only on a space-available basis. If you do not attend, the fee is neither refundable nor transferable to another student, campus, or quarter. 5. Mail this form to the Registrar’s Processing Center (address on page 2). Next steps. By postal mail, the UW will acknowledge that we have received this form and your payment.
