RVJ Academy (or RVJ Eurasia Food & Agro Services BV) is committed to protecting your privacy. We are
aware that you have confidence in us. RVJ Academy respects the privacy of all users of its site and
ensures that the personal information you give us will be treated confidentially. By submitting Personal
Data through our Site or Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly
consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy

Information Collection
1. You may visit our website without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. When
you sign up for any of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. These data are used
to be able to carry out the service. The data is stored on secure servers of Pure’n More BV or of a
third party. Personal Data comprises your first and last name, gender, mailing addresses, phone
number, professional title, company name, and password when you create an account to log in to
our network
2. When you order Services on our Site, we will collect all information necessary to complete the
transaction, including your name, banking details like credit/ debit card information (such as card
type, name on the card, long card number, card expiry date and CV2 number), billing information
and shipping information.
3. If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as
well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.
4. When you participate in one of our surveys, we may collect additional profile information.
5. The admissions processes for RVJ Academy programs require applicants to provide personal
information and preferences. The applicant also has the option of providing additional company
information during this process. We encourage our applicants to fill in all of this information, so that
the Admissions Committee can select the most qualified and diverse group from among the pool of
candidates, ensuring an interactive and invigorating learning experience for all program participants.
