Our AJRA State Finals are scheduled for the week of June 2-6, 2015 at the Covington Center Arena in Andalusia, AL. We look forward to a wonderful rodeo finals loaded with lots of action, fun and prizes. Rodeo Schedule: * Tuesday, June 2, 2015 - stall and hookups will be available only for Queen contestants’ early check-in. * Wednesday, June 3, 2015 – Queen’s competition will be held during the day and check-in for all contestants will be that evening. * Thursday, June 4, 2015 - 1st Round of Rodeo Finals, followed by 8th Grade Dinner Thursday evening. * Friday, June 5, 2015 - 2nd Round of Rodeo Finals, followed by a general membership meeting. * Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Short Go of Rodeo Finals - Top 10 in each Age group will compete followed by Awards Presentation and Crowning of the new AJRA Queen & Princess. Some important reminders for contestants : * Contestants must have competed in the rodeo event for at least half of the scheduled rodeos. * Contestant must be current on ad sales and raffle ticket sales. * AJRA must have a copy of final school report card. Due by check in and meeting grade requirements. Attached are required forms to be completed for AJRA State Finals. These forms and money must be mailed in by April 30th or received no later than May 9, 2015 at check-in of Odenville Rodeo. Stalls –If staying on grounds stalls must be rented, no overnight tie outs or panels permitted on grounds. (There are plenty of stalls - extra stalls can be paid for to be used as tack storage, etc.) 2 bags of shavings are per stall required by the facility. You may bring shavings or you can purchase shavings for $8.00 per bag.
