will learn fundamental Kung
Fu with step-by-step instruction. Students will achieve
two belts: white and yellow

new Nunchuck Workshop
for six- through 13-year-old

Each year Snowy and Great
egrets return to the same tree
on the Harbor Bay Lagoon to
nest and raise their chicks. On
Saturday, June 6, the Bay Farm
Library will host representatives from the San Francisco
Bay Bird Observatory and the
Golden Gate Audubon Society
to present a program on these
fascinating birds.
The presentation will begin
at 11:30 a.m. and run about one
hour. Afterwards there will be a
unique opportunity to view the
egrets up close through high
powered scopes. The program
will be held in the Leydecker
Park Meeting Room which can
be accessed through the Bay
Farm Island Library located at
3221 Mecartney Road.
