2015 AYFSC Dance Test App - All Year Figure Skating Club

ALL YEAR FIGURE SKATING CLUB
DANCE TEST APPLICATION
All applications with fees required for U.S. Figure Skating Moves in the Field (MIF) and/or Free Skating
tests to be scheduled by the All Year FSC must be received by the All Year FSC Free Skating Test/MIF
Chair three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled test session.
Requested test dates may not be available due to the number of test requests and/or judge availability. If this is the case, tests will be
rescheduled for the next available session. If the test candidate cancels the test for any reason other than doctor certified injury or illness, test
fees will be forfeited and the test candidate must submit a new test request and test fees for the test to be rescheduled. If the test is rescheduled
by the Test Chair, no additional fee(s) will be required. If the applicant is not a home club member of AYFSC, the applicant is responsible for
obtaining permission to test from their home club. If the requested test time is on a non-All Year FSC Club Session, the test candidate is
responsible for securing the ice and making all arrangements with rink management.
Free Skating test session dates and times will be posted on the All Year FSC website: www.ALLYEARFSC.COM
Test candidates are responsible for furnishing hospitality for the judges.
