2015 Swing for Education

Please join us on June 19th for a golf outing at Scott Lake Country Club! This event will be cohosted by APICS Grand Rapids, ISM-GGR, and SME – we guarantee you’ll have an excellent
round of golf, fabulous food, and great networking opportunities with local professionals. All
proceeds from this year’s golf outing will go to a scholarship fund as designated by the host
organizations, supporting local students and promoting educational opportunities. All payments
are 100% tax deductible. We thank you in advance for your continuing generosity and support
and look forward to seeing you at the event!
DATE: Friday, June 19, 2015 - Mark your calendars!
TIME: Registration begins at Noon.
1:00 P.M. Shotgun start, four-person scramble.
Early birds can practice for free on the driving range. Box lunch will be provided in your cart.
PLACE: Scott Lake Country Club, 911 Hayes NE, Comstock Park 49321.
COST: $85.00 per golfer to include green fees, golf cart, and a delicious steak dinner.
DINNER: On-site at the club house. Prizes will be awarded after dinner.
PRIZES: Four-Person Scramble, Longest Putt, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and HoleIn-One contest to win a car from Fox Motors.
