We, Korean Organization Committee of APWS 2015 are delighted that APWS will be held back at Korea after the 2007 workshop. We hope you will come and enjoy the workshop in Seoul, the world top 5 convention city and also the capital of Korea. The APWS 2015 is organized by the Society of LED and Solid State Lighting and the Korea Society of Optoelectronics. The APWS 2015 continues a series of workshops that are intended to provide a central forum for an update and review of technical information covering a wide range of widegap semiconductor fields from fundamental researches to commercial application.
