PRINCE2® qualification course Official certification examinations Training in PRINCE2® PRINCE2® (Project IN Control Environments) is a method designed specifically for project management based on processes. It focusses on three points – the organization, management and monitoring of a project – and is based on a series of processes that are tailored to all types of projects and evolve as they are implemented. Each process thus defines the specific objectives to be achieved, inflows and outflows, and actions to be taken. This method is the property of AXELOS and is becoming increasingly widely used. It promotes the controlled use of resources and is designed for more effective management of projects and risks. Using PRINCE2® promotes the adoption of a language common to everyone involved in a project.
