Tickets may be exchanged or refunded until the day before their first day of validity. A rebooking fee will apply. The terms and conditions for exchange and refund at the time of booking apply in accordance with DB's conditions of carriage for saver fares (Sparpreise).
Exchange or refund is not permitted on or after the first day of validity. For tickets with booked trains, purchase must be at least three
days in advance. Tickets will be on sale for as long as supplies last.

The hotline is open Mondays to Saturdays from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. There is a charge of EUR 0.20 per call from a German landline
and a maximum of EUR 0.60 per call from mobile networks.
