Celebrate the birth of spring and give a good start to a newborn in need.
Come in for a fun evening of shopping on Thursday, March 26, from 5 to 9pm at Ten Thousand
Villages in Rockville Town Center to benefit Baby’s Bounty MC, a nonprofit that provides safety and
health essentials to infants born into disadvantaged situations. Bring family and friends! You’ll enjoy
beautifully crafted, fairly traded crafts handmade by artisans around the world. While you browse,
Baby’s Bounty MC will offer light refreshments and answer any questions about its work on behalf of
at-risk newborns. Ten Thousand Villages will generously donate 15 percent of all purchases to
Baby’s Bounty MC to provide the necessities every baby needs and deserves.

Baby's Bounty Montgomery County (MC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides essential goods and
clothing for the safety, health, and wellbeing of infants up to six months of age who are born into
disadvantaged situations including poverty, homelessness, and endangerment. We focus on Safe
Sleep (portable cribs, sleep sacks, pajamas); Safe Travel (car seats); and Health and Hygiene (diapers,
wipes, bath tubs, towels clothes, blankets, bottles). We also include educational information on NIH
safe sleep practices, free certified car seat installation, and infant care. Baby’s Bounty MC receives up
to 40 referrals per month from case managers from social service programs, including Health and
Human Services, Child Welfare and Protection, community nonprofits, hospitals, and schools.
