the JSL: the Junior Soccer League.
JSL: Junior Soccer League Welcome to the JSL: the Junior Soccer League.
The JSL has been developed for like-minded programs looking to build from the
grassroots to the travel/academy programs. The JSL has been generated to
create a network between programs within the region to develop relationships
while offering a soccer experience for the players and parents.
Over four years we have seen growth of the JSL. Girls and Boys ages 6-12 (two
age groups) have participated in festivals held throughout Central Pennsylvania.
What is a festival? Festivals are mini round robin games played in a 4v4 format
with Pugg goals without parental influence and refereeā€™s getting in the way of
kids experimenting with the game. Typically it takes about two hours in which the
kids of each program play a mini-tournament against other programs who feel
that at this developmental age, training is more important while games allow for
the kids to put in motion what they have learned.
How do I get teams to play in the JSL?
