Where can I find meet results? Results will be posted on Meet Mobile under BISAC 2015 throughout the meet. Paper results will also be posted in the gym. Remember scoreboard and Meet Mobile times are NOT official. Please check the posted results for official times. What Should I do if I notice the posted time is not correct? Please speak immediately with Mrs Gill, who will launch an appeal, protests must be made within 30 minutes of the results being posted. Please do not delay your enquiry. What should I eat at the swim meet? What you eat and drink at the meet WILL affect your performance. Having worked so hard to qualify for the meet, it would be very disappointing not to swim to your full potential because you had eaten the wrong food or too much food before your race. At all the meets this year a record number of personal best times were achieved due to careful eating and sufficient hydration. Parents please ensure that the swimmers remain well hydrated with plenty of water, swimmers do not need to eat lots of food between races – in fact this will slow them down, if a swimmer is particularly hungry then a banana is the perfect snack. Keeping hydrated with water will ensure the swimmers meet their potential. Please ensure you have a good breakfast before leaving home and lunch during the break to fuel you through the day. After the meet At the recent ISB Splash SHB won the high point trophy. We ask that all members of the squad remain for the presentation and to receive their awards immediately after the meet has finished. I am sick on the morning of the meet, whom do I contact? Vicki Gill – Aquatics Director: 0917819738, Please contact me via a phone call, Line or WhatApp message if you are unable to attend the meet on the day due to sickness.
