batting helmet for their child (must meet
MHAA standards). Reconditioned helmets will
be sold for $5 at the Parks and Recreation
Office. Pants are also required and need to be
purchased separately.

agreement with the following refund policy parameters.
Refunds: Are NOT issued for absenteeism or for dates canceled due to weather, field conditions, facility availability, or participant scheduling conflicts. League
registrations for baseball, softball, soccer, coed volleyball, flag football, and other team sports become non-refundable once the registration deadline has passed. Injury refund requests are never retroactive. Prorated injury refunds are calculated based upon the date the recreation office receives direct notification of the injury by
either injured adult participant or by a parent/legal guardian of the injured minor participant, and are not based upon the injury date. Refunds are processed in the
amount of the paid registration fee less a $15 administrative fee. Refund checks are made payable to the signer of the registration form and mailed to the participant
address as listed on the registration form. Checks are mailed within two weeks of the refund request date.
