This year we have planned an event that starts and finishes at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford,
and takes in some of the WW2 military architecture which still remains in the area.
On leaving the start, participants will follow a route of approximately 80 miles, mostly on quiet
country roads, passing through or near some of the WW2 sites before returning to Duxford. Entry to
the museum is included in the entry fee, and for those wishing to do less driving and spend more
time at the museum a shorter route will be provided. The route will be defined by tulip diagrams
contained in the road book.
The entry fee is £45.00 per car with two occupants. An additional fee of £18.00 will be charged for
each additional passenger to cover the cost of entry to the museum and other venues.
All surplus funds after expenses, donations and sponsorship monies will be donated to St Nicholas
Hospice Care in Bury St Edmunds.
