TracyAnn Schuur 21224 Twp. Rd. 534, Ardrossan, Alberta T8G 2B6 Cell: 780-991-2005 tracyannschuur@gmail.com To Whom it May Concern Your search for an experienced land professional / project manager with strong background in projects and operations ends here. I have an excellent and proven track record in all areas of senior land administration and project management combined with flexibility and professional drive. In my last position as Project Manager (Land Data Management Strategy) at Access Pipeline I was responsible for building the process and procedures for an Internal Land Group. I was responsible for Database Implementation and Administration of a newly designed database to house and track all pipeline projects and lease assets from a land, stakeholder and environmental perspective. This project resulted in a set of processes and procedures being created and implemented and training manuals developed. Training was then delivered to land group personnel. In addition all historical projects and assets were audited and any deficiencies tracked for further work. The company was left with a completely configured and operational database system, and the tools and knowledge to move forward in a positive and proactive (rather than reactive) fashion. Previous experience in my portfolio includes IT/Database Administration, Configuration and Implementation, Construction (design/build projects, major and minor renovations and new house builds). I am an avid community and non-profit supporter and volunteer for several organizations which has given me unique views into the communities in which we live and work. My resume follows and I would appreciate a formal meeting at your earliest convenience. Further information on my skill set, experience and education can be found at: http://ca.linkedin.com/in/tracyannschuur http://beknown.com/tracyann-schuur I look forward to discussing how I can meet your needs and I welcome the opportunity to contribute my skills to your team.
