CARRIAGE HOMES AT DUNWOODY COMMONS Serving the Community Welcome to Carriage Homes The mission of your new Board of Directors is to foster open communication and transparency. Your new board was elected last Thursday night. We are here to serve the community. That being said, we do have some priority action items that we want to consider in the immediate future. We can’t make the changes to this community that need to happen without the support and input of our owners and residents. In order to facilitate open conversations, we plan to hold a series of Town Hall Meetings at our very own pool. Please plan to attend to discuss the positive changes that you would like to see in our community. We know that there are problems that require our attention and we’ll need to discuss these in a constructive manner. For every problem you present to the community—be it in a Town Hall Meeting, an email communication, or a sidewalk conversation—please also come prepared with a suggestion for a solution. It’s only with your help that we can make our community the home that we know if can be!
