CHEMISTRY I Due Tuesday, September 8th Project Value: One (1) test grade (1) What If? Serious Scientific Answers to Absurd Hypothetical Questions by Randall Munroe (The author also posts “ What If? ”style questions with answers online at http://whatif.xkcd.com/archive/) i. Read (and enjoy) the book (or several posted questions and answers from the website listed above) ii. Come up with your own hypothetical “what if” style question that you would like answered. iii. Research your “what if” style question. iv. Answer your “what if” style question in a similar manner that was presented in the book. v. Be creative! Have fun! And make sure to cite your sources! Handstyled pictures are expected in your presented answer. Grading Criteria: Your project will be evaluated using the following four criteria and graded on a scale of 0 to 4 points. The total value in your individual class (how it is “multiplied”) will be dependent upon weighting of a test grade in your teacher’s class.
