The local market has certainly started the year at a frantic pace
after many years of suffering the post Global Financial Crisis
and working with a market that showed little capital growth.

The market has been bubbling along and gaining momentum
since the latter part of 2014. The surprise announcement by the
Reserve Bank to reduce the cash rate to a record low of 2.25%
has certainly added more heat to the market which is now
boiling. Open homes are attracting the largest numbers of
attendees in years.
