Provincial Championships hosted by Cole Harbour High School W 18-15 vs. Citadel L 17-5 vs. Avon view 2nd place finish in pool play. W 12-8 vs. North Nova (Semi-finals) L 17-0 vs. Avon View (Finals) Provincial silver medalists!!!! Thanks to our coaches and all team members on a great season! Park View 199 points By class: Intermediate Girls 3rd (59.5 points, 1st place was 71 points) Senior Girls 1st PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONS!!! (84 points, 2nd was 77 points) Intermediate Boys 2nd (87 points, 1st place was 125 points) Senior Boys 2nd (147 points, 1st place was 150 points) Stephen Fitzgerald broke two school records in intermediate boys classification while capturing two gold medals this weekend! Long Jump 6.18m Triple Jump 12.40m Mike Van Der Poel broke a NSSAF Provincial record in the Senior Boys 400m with a time of 48.49s!!! LIGHTNING He also finished with three silver medals in the 100m, 200m and 4x400m Thanks to our coaches and all team members on a great season! Many of the athletes had season best performances. Mr. Roberts would like to thank everyone for their support over the course of our season. Natalie Dennis was a bronze medalist in the long jump. Brianna Harris was a three-time silver medalist in the 100m, long jump and the shot put. Thanks to our coaches and all team members on a great season!
