Follow these instructions:
With Instanote, you can select a patient from your schedule, patient list or search to quickly create a note.

 Tap the right side of this icon to change to the inpatient list
 Tap
to search for patient
Appointments display just as in PowerChart
Choose from 3 different Schedule views
 List – patient in chronilogical order
 Day – blocks of appts; allows viewing open time slots
 Week – allows viewing open days in the week
 Month view – the darker the indicator, the more appts
Tap a patient to open Create Note
Tap Required to select the Note Type
Tap Enter Text to display Dragon mic

to begin dictating your quick note or type
Tap Sign to sign note & save to chart

Touch the Instanote icon
Log into app with PowerChart username & password
Select patient from your outpatient schedule which displays
Note: Saving a note requires you to sign in PowerChart
Log out
Note: Press & hold
to list available commands or say “What Can I Say”
1. Tap your username in lower left to open menu
2. Tap Log Out to log out of the application
