Curt Dale Clark, Artistic Director of the Maine State Music Theatre will host this trip and enrich your experience with his insight to the theatre profession and the contemporary London theatre scene. Availability is Limited… Register by June 22, 2015 for Above Rates! - important details on reverse side of page – London Theatre Tour Travel Itinerary 2015 Thursday, October 1: Late afternoon departure on charter vehicle from Lancaster to Philadelphia Airport to check-in for your overnight, non-stop, trans-Atlantic flight on British Airways to London; dinner served on the flight. Friday, October 2: Continental breakfast served on the flight arriving this morning in London. Private motorcoach transfer to Royal Garden Hotel for seven nights’ accommodations in central London. Savor an included Welcome Buffet Lunch upon arrival at the hotel. Leisure time is yours to relax, rest, or explore London during the afternoon. Gather for a special Welcome Reception at 5:00 P.M. at the hotel. Saturday, October 3 through Thursday, October 8: Explore all that London has to offer with your included $100 Oyster Card for use on London’s “Tube” underground rail system and city buses. Tickets are included to five London theatre performances selected by Curt Dale Clark. A full English cooked breakfast buffet is included at the hotel each morning, Saturday through Friday. Optional sight-seeing tours of London, other cities, towns, historic sites, and the English countryside are available, as are tickets to additional theatre performances, concerts, and special exhibitions. Friday, October 9: Morning departure on private motorcoach transfer from hotel to London airport. Non-stop transAtlantic flight, with in-flight meal served, on British Airways back to Philadelphia. Charter transfer to Lancaster. General Information Documentation: Valid U.S. Passport is required for U.S. citizens; passport not to expire prior to April 15, 2016. Please be certain to check now your passport expiration date AND provide a clear photocopy of your valid passport’s “face page” with your registration form. If not a U.S. citizen, advise AAA Travel on registration form. (AAA Travel Group # 14915) Cancellation: Upon registration, non-refundable theatre tickets will be purchased for you and airline ticket deposits will be paid for you. If you cancel at any time after registration, the costs of the theatre tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel after June 22, 2015, the airline deposit of $ 250 per person is not refundable. Any penalties and fees charged by the airline for changes made by the traveler are the responsibility of the traveler. After final payment, airfare is non-refundable. In addition, cancellations received in writing by AAA Travel by July 18, 2015 are subject to a minimum of $ 150 per person cancellation fees from travel suppliers. Cancellations received in writing by AAA Travel after July 18, 2015 are subject to a minimum of $ 1500 per person cancellation fee, plus all charges as levied by the tour operators, airline, theatres and various travel suppliers, up to the full price of this travel package. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to cover possible penalties up to the full price of this travel package. Trip Cancellation Insurance: AAA Travel strongly recommends trip cancellation insurance, which reimburses monetary losses if cancellation must be made due to illness or death of passenger or immediate family. This optional coverage will be offered to all registrants with trip confirmation/deposit receipt. Note: Insurance exemptions which are due to pre-existing health conditions are waived if insurance is purchased within 14 days of deposit receipt date; other conditions apply. AAA recommends Allianz for travel insurance. Baggage: Porterage is included for one suitcase/person. In addition, one piece of hand luggage that fits under airplane seat may be brought by each traveler. Airline sets exact weight and size limits of bags, to be advised. Notes: Due to early arrival time in London, hotel rooms may not be available for immediate check-in. Requests for king-size beds cannot be guaranteed. Specific airplane seat requests cannot be guaranteed and may be assigned at airport check-in. Some flight schedules may include code share agreements. This tour involves considerable walking and climbing of stairs. Participants who require assistance are requested to have a traveling companion who is capable of and responsible for providing all needed assistance.
