Policy Offering
Flexible cover for all employees of the business, or a select group such as directors or

• Up to £10,000 per person for travel disruption, personal property and money
• £250,000 kidnap or extortion expenses (including consultants costs)

Cover/ Service Benefit Flexible cover
4 PEOPLESURE can be personalised to suit your clients’ needs. Cover can be
tailored to protect key people or extended to cover all employees. Options range
from 24/7 protection, when at work including commuting, to any specific situation
specified by your client.
No need to establish negligence
4 Unlike a standard liability policy, negligence does not need to be established
before a personal accident claim can be paid. This means PEOPLESURE can

Significant lump sum payments for

Temporary total disablement benefit

emergencies, PEOPLESURE covers the cost of emergency medical treatment and
repatriation following injury or illness abroad.
Chubb Assistance 24/7
4 The Chubb Assistance service provides expert travel services including medical
assistance and repatriation and the payment of local hospital bills. Chubb
Assistance will help with emergency travel arrangements, lost luggage or
documents, provide security guides and advice and daily email security and safety
alerts. Your clients will also have access to a pre-deployment report service
providing a risk assessment for a given location.
Cover following travel disruption
4 Many circumstances can cause travel disruption resulting in cancellation,
curtailment, rearrangement or delay of a journey. With PEOPLESURE your
clients can be assured they have the right level of cover to respond to such
circumstances outside of their control or on the advice of the local government.
Cover for guests, consultants,
contractors and visitors
4 PEOPLESURE provides accident cover for your clients’ guests whilst they are on
the premises as well as travel cover when they are on a trip organised by your

Case Studies
Quick payment following fatal injury travelling to work
An employee of a support services company was riding his
motorcycle to work. He was struck by a vehicle from behind,
resulting in him being catapulted over the car in front and into the
back of a van. Multiple injuries led to his death.
Medical emergency abroad The Chubb Advantage We made contact with the Coroner’s Office to obtain
sufficient information to enable us to settle the claim
quickly, prior to conclusion of the inquest. The claim was
settled at £125,000 for death with an additional £5,000
dependants benefit.
The Chubb Advantage An employee of a university was involved in a plane crash in
Antigua. Remarkably, he was the only survivor and suffered a
broken leg, arm and minor head injuries.
Chubb Assistance was contacted and we guaranteed the
medical bills and arranged repatriation of the claimant
back to the UK. We also arranged for his father to fly
out to be with him. The claim was settled at £35,000 for
Medical, Repatriation and Foreign Travel Expenses and
Foreign Hospital Confinement Benefit.
