How to Move Cradle to Career Efforts Forward in Phase II Recruit Secure key stakeholders as co-chairs Recruit cross-section of community using staff and volunteers Continue recruitment and updates throughout process Launch Conduct orientation around five conditions of collective impact Outline process and timeline of working committee tasks Lead Play backbone role (convene, communicate, provide data, synthesize feedback) Encourage volunteer chairs to lead meetings and direct process with staff support Analyze community assets, gaps, tipping points, and data as goals are formed Results Three to five shared community goals Focus on Stephen M.R.
