Gender Diversity - Consult Australia
Gender Diversity
Why aren’t we getting it right?
Consult Australia and Hays supports the advancement of women in
the workplace and although progress is being made, it remains a
business critical issue.
Join us as we share the insights from the Hays/Insync Survey “Gender
Diversity – Why aren’t we getting it right?” presented by Director of Hays,
Kathy Kostyrko. She will also discuss the ‘Hays Leading Women’ research
that is currently being undertaken globally.
Also presenting will be Dr Karen Morley, co-founder of Gender Worx, who will
share her insights into the difference between conscious and unconscious
beliefs and how they bias decisions and actions.
