Number of performances is subject to change based on artist(s) availability. The Center for the Performing Arts
reserves the right to refuse to publish any ad that conflicts with University standards and/or policies. Ad space will be
reserved upon receipt of a signed contract.
PAYMENT TERMS: Rates are NET and are based on print-ready art/ads. Advertisers will be billed for half the total in
September and the remainder in January, unless other arrangements are requested and approved. Payment is due
within thirty days following receipt of each invoice.
CREDIT POLICIES: Every effort is made to meet advertiser requests for preferred page placement, but no guarantees
are given other than for cover pages. If an ad reflects an error or is of poor quality due to our negligence, the ad will
be corrected as soon as possible and credit will be issued based on the effect of the error on the advertising value.
In no case will credit exceed the cost of the ad. Penn State reserves the right to reject any advertisement at any time
and to cancel any advertisement if payment is not received.
