Phase I: All work at and above roof gutter line - 140 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. b. Phase I: All work of Phase I - 196 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. c. Phase II: All work at and above roof gutter line - 140 calendar days after remobilization. d. Phase II: All work of Phase II - 196 calendar days after remobilization.
