CPTC 2016 TRADE SHOW OPPORTUNITIES 9TH CANADIAN PUPIL TRANSPORTATION CONFERENCE THEME: “DRIVING EDUCATION” WINNIPEG, MANITOBA APRIL 16 - 21, 2016 Canadian Pupil Transportation Conference Goals Manitoba is proud to host the 9th Canadian Pupil Transportation Conference (CPTC) as well as play a role in supporting and developing the transportation professionals who provide safe and efficient pupil transportation to our nation(s) children. Thank you for your support of this Conference and of the professionals we serve. One of our Conference goals is to provide meaningful and applicable professional development and training. Another goal is to give our delegates an opportunity to create contacts and relationships within the pupil transportation environment, and give vendors an opportunity to showcase their companies, products, and services. Take a look at what the CPTC Conference has to offer. We think you’ll decide Winnipeg is the place to be! THE ONE-DAY TRADE SHOW WILL BE HELD TUESDAY, APRIL 19, 2016 NOON TO 4:00 P.M. Conference and Trade Show Venue All Conference events will be held under one roof at the Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - two minutes from Winnipeg’s state-of-the-art James Armstrong Richardson International Airport. The facility is Winnipeg’s largest convention centre hotel and can provide all the facets an international conference requires. The following features may be of particular interest to trade show vendors: 30,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space - some of that space having 16-foot ceilings. All conference space is located on the ground floor level and is fully accessible. Complimentary internet access. Business centre. Complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle. Complimentary parking for 1,000 vehicles. Trade Show Opportunities All trade show booths/space are available on a first come, first-served basis. Complimentary food and beverages will be available beginning at Noon. (Sponsorship of these opportunities is currently being offered.) All trade show booths/space are piped and draped.
