Once the above room inventory is exhausted the Conference Managers reserve the right of accommodating the delegates in alternative hotels where fixed schedule transfer arrangements would be provided. 5. TURKISH VISA DETAILS: E - visa: You could obtain a E- visa for Turkey in case you have a valid USA, UK , Schengen visa. Visas Submission at the Embassy / Consulate: The process would take about 4 working days from date of submission of visa documents. The visa can be processed directly or by the Conference Managers. Note:In case visa is to be arranged by Conference Manager, applicable visa fee and travel insurance charges of 5000 (INR) would need to be paid separately to Conference Managers. 6. The usage of charged facilities will be billed additionally by the hotel and paid by the delegate directly to the hotel. Registration once made cannot be cancelled, however the same can be transferred to a member of the same organisation if communicated latest by 25th July 2015 wherein no change will be allowed of the co-sharer in case of Twin Occupancy option 8.
