of annual report 2014
PRESS RELEASE 2014-04-22
Crown Energy AB (publ) herewith informs about an adjustment in the
annual report 2014, which was published today.
On page 13, we have stated that Alan Simonian’s number of convertible
bonds amount to 3,755,880. The figure referred to the nominal value in SEK
on the convertible bonds. The correct number of convertible bonds amount
to corresponding 375,588, and this is now adjusted in the annual report.
An updated annual report for 2014 is available on Crown Energy’s website
www.crownenergy.se.
