CWA Comedy Night Fundraiser – Friday, May 1st
The tickets are $20.00 each and only 250 tickets will be
sold so hurry and send in your order form along with the
money or cheque. Please note this show is for ADULTS
ONLY.
There will be beer, wine, soft drinks, water,
delicious sausage paninis, pizza and arancinis (cheese balls) for sale in case
you get a little thirsty and hungry.
Raffle tickets will be sold at 3 tickets for $5.00 during the evening, prizes
include restaurant, fitness and beauty certificates, a golf package and many
more fabulous prizes!!!!!
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. First come first served seating.

Food Drive!
As part of their unit of inquiry “Mangé-santé!” our grade 1
classes are running a spring food drive for the H.O.P.E.
society. All members of the CWA community are invited to
contribute non-perishable food items from April 1-10. Thank
you for help!

To all Parent(s) and Guardians,
The Parent’s Participation Organization’s (PPO) yearbook committee is excited
about our yearbook for the 2014-2015 school year. It is bursting with photos,
student portraits, activities, highlights, and of course, space for special
autographs. We’re sure that your child will want a yearbook to look back on these
special memories.
As you know, your child can have a book that captures forever the special events
of the year. A yearbook grows more valuable over time. This is also something
that extended family and friends, Grandparents, Uncles and Aunts will enjoy. This
year we are offering two formats: A digital copy in DVD format (all students will
receive this free of charge) or, a printed copy as has been offered in past years
for $15.00 ea. Note that each student in Grade 6 will receive a paper copy at no
charge.
It is important to explain that a big part of the reason for making this change is
that each year a large number of yearbooks are not taken home at the end of the
year, and end up being thrown away and wasted.
Make sure you don’t miss out on this opportunity! To order a yearbook(s) for
your child, please complete and return the enclosed Yearbook Order Form. But act
fast, the deadline to order is May 1st, 2015.
It’s been a great year so far—and we look forward to an equally great yearbook!
We hope this book will bring fond memories in the years to come.
