For any call-offs, please page the ambulatory chief at 31529. We are not always available immediately by phone or email, but we ALWAYS have the pager. The Cleveland Indians are in town playing the Toronto Blue Jays this weekend and the weather should be perfect for going to the game (sunny and in the 60s)! Go check out the new updates to the stadium, especially a new indoor/outdoor two-story bar in right field called “The Corner.” A District Ticket is only $13 and includes a standing-room-only ticket to the game in “The Corner” and your first beer is free! Also added are stands from several of Cleveland’s favorite restaurants, including Melt, Barrio, Great Lakes, and Sweet Moses Ice Cream. Tickets are affordable, starting at $10 for bleachers tickets. 2. Remember to complete the Medication Reconciliations at the time of admission. 3. The patient underwent menarche at age 12 years and has never had any subsequent menses. She has no medical history of note. Family history is remarkable only for hypothyroidism. She takes no medication. On physical examination vital signs are normal; BMI is 22 (height, 147.3 cm [58.0 in]; weight, 48.6 kg [107.0 lb]). Visual field, thyroid, and pelvic examination findings are normal. Results of laboratory studies show an initial serum follicle-stimulating hormone level of 53 mU/mL (53 units/L) and a subsequent level of 62 mU/mL (62 units/L) on repeat testing.
