Go to any New York Lottery retailer, and pick up a playcard.
SELECT FIVE NUMBERS
Select five numbers from 1 through 39, and fill in your
chosen squares as instructed on the playcard. Or save time
by choosing Quick Pick and letting the computer randomly
select the numbers for you.
PLAY UP TO FIVE TIMES ON ONE PLAYCARD
Each playcard has five game panels, each with squares
numbered 1 through 39, so you can play up to five times on
each playcard.
SELECT AN AMOUNT TO WAGER
The minimum play is $1 for one game. Or you can play up
to $5 on the five game playcard.
SELECT THE NUMBER OF DRAWINGS
Select the number of drawings in which you wish to
participate. You can play up to 7 drawings in advance all on
one ticket.
GIVE YOUR PLAYCARD TO A NEW YORK LOTTERY
RETAILER
Give your playcard to the retailer, and you'll receive a
separate ticket for each playcard processed.
VERIFY YOUR TICKET IS CORRECT
Check your ticket(s) to verify that the numbers and the
dates printed are correct.

CREATE YOUR 3-DIGIT NUMBER
Go to your New York Lottery retailer, and tell him your three lucky numbers and
that you want to play New York Daily Numbers. Be sure to tell him the drawing
you want to play: Midday and/or Evening. If you do not, the Lottery terminal
will automatically pick the next available drawing. It's as easy as that.
USING A NUMBERS CARD, CREATE YOUR 3-DIGIT NUMBER
Or use a playcard. Each playcard has 4 games. You may play 1, 2, 3, or 4 games.

For each game played, select a wager type: straight, box, straight/ box, or

You can play up to ten tickets per game panel. If you want to play more
than one ticket per game panel, select the number of tickets desired. For a
single play, no mark is required. Don't forget to tell the retailer Midday or
Evening drawing.

If you want to play for more than one day, select a number of days and tell your
Lottery retailer if you want to play Midday only, Evening only or both daily
draws each day of advance play. You will receive one ticket for Midday
drawings and a separate ticket for Evening drawings. Each ticket will be clearly
marked "Midday" or "Evening".
USE A BLUE OR BLACK PEN OR PENCIL AND DO NOT ERASE
Use only blue or black pen or pencil for marking. Red ink will not be accepted.
Mark your selections with heavy vertical marks. DO NOT ERASE. If you make
a mistake, mark the VOID box for that game and move to the next game.
QUICK PICK OPTION
If you can't think of three numbers, just mark the Quick Pick option to have the
computer randomly select all of your numbers for you. No partial quick picks are
allowed.
