Ab 2015 können wir für eine Reihe von ausgewählten Hägglunds-CBMotoren eine Lieferzeit von 6 Wochen anbieten.
Starting in 2015, we can offer a range of selected Hägglunds CB motors at 6 weeks
delivery time.

Die Kompaktgröße der Hägglunds-DUe steht ab sofort auch für den
amerikanischen Markt zur Verfügung.
The compact size of Hägglunds DUe is now also available for the american
market.
Unsere neue, kleinere und kompaktere Ausführung der Antriebseinheit DUe
von Hägglunds steht ab sofort auch für den amerikanischen Markt zur
Verfügung.
Our new smaller and more compact size of the Hägglunds DUe drive unit is now
also available for the american market.
Die Einheit ist mit elektrischen Komponenten bestückt, die eine UL-Zulassung
besitzen, und die Elektromotoren entsprechen der Nema-Norm.

Nockenringmaterials mit verbesserter Nennlebensdauer.
Radial piston hydraulic motor Hägglunds CB1120 - release of new cam ring
material with improved rated life.
Für alle sieben Nenngrößenvarianten des Hägglunds-Motors der Baureihe
CB1120 wurde ein neues Nockenringmaterial eingeführt.
A new cam ring material has been introduced on all seven variants in size of the
Hägglunds CB1120 series motors.
Die Nennlebensdauer des CB1120 mit neuem Nockenringmaterial ist im
Vergleich zur bestehenden Ausführung viermal länger.
Rated life time for the CB1120 with new cam ring material is four times higher
compared to existing design.
Die Drehmomentleistung ist bei einer Nennlebensdauer von 40.000 Stunden
bei allen Drehzahlen um mehr als 35 % höher. Torque capacity is more than 35% higher for all speeds at rated life 40 000
hours.
Produktionsstart (SOP) für diese neue Ausführung des CB 1120-Motors war
der 1. September 2014.

Temperatursensor ABZMS-41ausgerüstet.

Die in den Häggluds DUe eingesetzten
Temperatursensoren und Niveausensoren werden durch
einen gemeinsamen Niveau- und Temperatursensor
ABZMS-41, Typ RTA, ersetzt. Diese Änderung gilt für alle
Neuprojekte/-konfigurationen, die im HägglundsKonfigurator erstellt werden.
The temperature sensor and level sensor used in the
Hägglunds DUe are replaced with the common level and
temperature sensor, ABZMS-41, type RTA. This change is
valid for all new projects/configurations created in the
Hägglunds Configurator.

Kundenwunsch konfigurierbar, mit bekannten Standardfunktionen. Und das
alles auf engstem Raum, so wurde die DUe Compact auf dem Markt
eingeführt.
With the scope of performance of the classic DUe: flexibly and easily configurable
to meet customer wishes, with all well-known standard functions. With all of this in
an extremely small space, the DUe Compact was introduced to the market.

Für alle sieben Nenngrößen-Varianten der Hägglunds-Motoren
der Baureihe CB1120 wurde ein neues Nockenringmaterial
eingeführt.
A new cam ring material has been introduced on all seven
variants in size of the Hägglunds CB1120 series motors.
Die Nennlebensdauer für die CB1120 mit neuem
Nockenringmaterial ist vier mal länger als bei der bestehenden
Konstruktion.
Die Drehmomentleistung liegt bei allen Drehzahlen bei einer
Nennlebensdauer von 40.000 Stunden mehr als 35 % höher.
Produktionsstart (SOP) für diese neue Ausführung des CB 1120Motors war der 1. September 2014.

Überarbeitete Dokumentation für Hägglunds Due-Antriebseinheiten
Revised documentation for Hägglunds DUe Drive Units
Eine überarbeitete Ausgabe des Produktkatalogs Hägglunds DUe wurde jetzt freigegeben. Die
neue Version enthält die DUe Compact und überarbeitete Abmessungen aufgrund des neuen
Aufbaus der E-Motoren und der Abdeckungen. Zu finden ist der Katalog im LHD Extranet und
im Medienverzeichnis, Suche nach RE 15325-0.
A revised version of the Product catalogue Hägglunds DUe has been released. The
new version includes the DUe Compact and revised deimensions because of the
new steup of electric motors and top covers. You can find this on LHD Extranet and
the Media directory, search for RE 15325-01
Ebenfalls freigegeben wurde ein überarbeitetes Datenblatt für die Hägglunds DUeAntriebseinheiten. Die wichtigsten Änderungen sind:

Sämtliche Maßzeichnungen für die Antriebseinheiten im LHD Extranet wurden auf Grundlage
der neuen Ausführung der Abdeckung überarbeitet. Die 3D-Zeichnungen stehen jetzt auch im
STEP-Format sowie im früheren SLDPRT zur Verfügung.
All dimension drawings on LHD Extranet for the drive units have been revised
based on the new version of top cover. The 3D drawings are also now available in
STEP format as well as the previous SLDPRT.

Hägglunds DUe Compact. Im Hägglunds Configurator können Sie die DUe Compact

default option when needed for DUe Compact and as customized option for the
other sizes.
Eine Spannung ab 1000V (Mittelspannung) ergibt als Standard Elektromotoren der Marke
WEG. Andere Marken sind optional erhältlich.
Voltage from 1000V (medium voltage) will give electric motors of the brand WEG as
default. Other brands are available as options.

Der neue Hägglunds CAb wurde erstmals Ende März auf der NPE vorgestellt und wird jetzt auch
auf der Hannover Messe im April präsentiert. Treten Sie der Community Hägglunds CA 10 bis 40
bei für Aktualisierungen von internen und externen Veröffentlichungen.
The new Hägglunds CAb was unveiled at NPE in the end of March and will now
also be featured at the Hannover Messe in April. Join the community Hägglunds CA
10 to 40 to get updates on material being published for internal and external use.

Wie im Newsletter 2012-08-001 mitgeteilt, wurde die Produktion der Marathon
Motoren Hägglunds NG MA141 bis MB800 gestoppt und die Modelle durch die
Motoren der Typen Hägglunds CA140 bis CB840 ersetzt.
As communicated in newsletter 2012-08-001, the motor range Hägglunds
MA141 to MB800 has been phased out per 06.2012 and replaced by motor
types Hägglunds CA140 to Hägglunds CB840.
Die Ersatzteile stehen bis 2022 zur Verfügung.
Service parts will be available at least until 2022.

Repair kit to Hägglunds CA and Hägglunds CB
Um das Reparaturgeschäft für die Compact-Reihe zu optimieren, haben wir den
Bedarf an einem Reparatursatz ermittelt. Wir haben insgesamt 27 Sätze
zusammengestellt, die ab Anfang nächsten Jahres im schwedischen Mellansel
bestellt werden können. Diese Sätze werden natürlich in iParts aufgeführt.
To be able to increase repair business on the Compact
series we have identified the need of repair kit. In total we
have defined 27 kits that will be possible to order from
Mellansel early next year. Of course you will find those kits in
iParts.
