The ‘nuts and bolts’ of homeownership. We’ll discuss common maintenance
items every homeowner should know; how to choose a contractor and
avoid scams; what repairs require permits; code enforcement; and available
programs, grants, and assistance for home maintenance.
Renting
Navigate the waters of being a landlord or tenant. Let’s explore the rights and
responsibilities of both tenants and landlords, Naperville’s Crime Free Housing
program, Fair Housing regulations and more.
